Delete your Playwatch account

Playwatch app, published by Blue Cell Production.

From the app (immediate)

Open Playwatch and sign in.
Tap the Profile icon at the top right.
Scroll down to Delete my account, then confirm with your password.

Without the app

Send an email to bluecellproduction@gmail.com from your account's email address, with the subject “Delete my Playwatch account”. Your account is deleted within 30 days and you receive a confirmation.

Data deleted

Your account (email address and sign-in credentials).
All your tracking: shows, watched episodes, movies, video games, ratings and statuses.
Your notification subscriptions.

No data is kept after deletion, except Google Firebase technical backups, automatically erased within 30 days at most, and the Premium purchase reference, kept for 10 years as required for accounting records.

Before deleting, you can export your data: Profile → Backup → Export my data.
